




No, no, no! Miru Kim's work is pushing my own personal envelop way too far. Although interesting to explore nasty, abandoned spaces with a commercial grade hazmat suit and a bottle of anti bacterial solution you should NEVER explore them naked!! All I can think about is the poor model stepping on something that she will need a tetnis shot for later- and that shit hurts.
These photographs personally take me back to an image seared into my psyche of a half naked man (shirt, no pants or underwear, bare feet) waiting on the subway platform for the A train to Brooklyn in NYC. I try really hard not to replay that in my brain.
So explore this series if you dare- but make sure to wash up afterward.
